Pacific Servers Inc. ("Pacific Servers", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information of identifiable individuals who access and use of the services offered by Pacific Servers, including without limitation the dedicated server, co-location and managed services products offered (the "Services"). Amendments to this Privacy Policy will be posted to Pacific Servers' website located at http://www.pacificservers.com/privacy.html and will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any amendment to this Privacy Policy shall constitute your acceptance of such amendment.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "personal information" means any information about an identifiable individual, as further defined under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act or other applicable laws, and also includes user content, such as text, documents, images, video, data, and other information or content, that you post to the Services that contain such information.
